In 2017, DOOR OF HOPE RECOVERY PROGRAM fundraising for the poor girls in the mountain areas of China so as to prevent child prostitution, planned by Taiwanese antique doll specialist Tingjia Liang. She says that “The Door of Hope Mission Doll has become a priceless antique, but that has had no impact on the issue of child prostitution, just as it is an insult to the girls who created the dolls a hundred years ago. Upon finding them in the last winter of the twentieth century, I felt that there was a reason that I had found them. Perhaps there was something I could do from them—If I did not do anything, there might not be anyone else who will.”30% of our profits will be donated to funding vocational training for the hard-working and resilient girls of the mountainous areas of China.
