Billy the seagull lives on Slopers Cliffs in California. He has one problem: a fear of heights. For a bird, this is bad, real bad. While all his friends make plans to move to higher cloud levels after high school, Billy resigns himself to life as a fisher bird on the pacific outcrop he grew up on. On his 15th birthday an encounter with a drone changes everything. An adventure of epic proportions begins.
