Jordy has wanted a dog all of his life, but his parents say that he is too young for such a big responsibility.
One day, Jordy meets Flash, a super smart, black and white border collie with one blue eye and one brown eye - the perfect dog. Jordy is determined to get a dog just like him.
but border collies cost a lot of money and not only does Jordy have to come up with the cash, but also prove that he’s responsible enough to get a dog.
Jordy gets a job mowing lawns but he didn't realize it would mean being a hero too.
Oh yeah, then there’s Mr. Fraser’s ugly, white dog to deal with.
