About CrossroadsWhen recently paroled Damon first transferred to Norfolk Heights High School in Norfolk, Virginia, he was over it before it even began. Getting into a fight on the first day of school with a notorious bully and getting rained on didn’t make it any better. Until he meet a goody two-shoes, aspiring cosmetologist named Kristina. Slowly, his outlook and passions start to change. He doesn’t like her at first, thinking she is too nice to him, although he’s given her to no reason to be, and assuming she is clueless because she has been sheltered her entire life. Over time she begins to help him in more ways than one and they become attached to each other.As Kristina learns more about Damon, she learns he is keeping some dark secrets and some unspoken grief hidden from her and the rest of the world. When someone finds out, it threatens his future with Kristina and any chances he had at bettering himself. Kristina does everything she can to help him down the right path, but when someone comes seeking revenge, Damon is once again at a crossroad.
