The Cat and the Rat

There once was a large Orange cat, that decided to chase a Black rat, up a tree and down by the Blue sea.
The clever rat hid underneath a Pink and Black hat. The large Orange,cat ran around the Brown and Green tree. But the Black rat he could not see. The rat was hidden underneath the Pink and Black hat hiding from the large Orange the Black soaked rat swam up to the shore, with water drops leaking off his hat worse than before. He ended up near Mr. Shoemakers' door. With a tap, tap, tap and a rap, rap, rap the Black rat knocked on the door still wearing the Pink and Black Hat.
Where can that silly cat be?
