Faith considers this. Never before would she have given Sebastian’s words a second thought, but the beginning of her junior year has her reevaluating her values. Good and bad, right and wrong...all of a sudden these concepts aren't as clear as they were when Faith’s Christian family was intact.
The depressing quality of her empty home compels Faith to accept an invitation, and that night she agrees to do a favor for a new friend. It’s dangerous, but danger is more fun than she expected.
As Faith struggles to maintain the daytime status quo, her nightlife gets more interesting, and she begins to realize that she’s not the only one with a secret. It seems everyone is pretending to be someone they’re not.
