What would it be like to live next door to a haunted house? When Wes Frazier takes a job as a caretaker for the recently widowed Daniel Malone, he is given strict instructions to never step foot in the neighboring house. In their quiet Minnesota town, families buy the house but never stay for long. As time goes by, Wes is forced to decide whether or not he should confront the terrifying evil next door.
