Crossing

Between working two jobs through his senior yr of high school and getting shot down by the girl of his dreams, Shade Sevens thinks life couldn’t get much worse, but he soon finds out how bad things can get as mythical creatures begin to appear around him and his nightmares manifest in reality. When he is kidnapped by a group of religious zealots he is thrown headlong into a battle for survival where the fate of the world may hinge on his ability to find a father he never knew existed, and a weapon with the power to destroy a god. As Shade fights to prevent an apocalypse, he travels a path of self exploration and enlightenment and soon discovers that death is only another journey in life, and it may be one that he has traveled before.
