Donkeys' Tales, The

As a young donkey's mother recounts to him the story of the Great Miracle, he learns about the birth and early life of Jesus. From the nativity to the flight from King Herod through the desert to the Christ child's discourse with the teachers in the temple, the miraculous events of Jesus'childhood are recounted from the perspective of the donkey. Present at Jesus' birth and again on the occasion of his ride into Jerusalem on Palm Sunday, the donkey is a scriptural witness to the life of Christ and provides a touching and inspired account of the story of Jesus.
