Alphabet All Around

This resource book is a useful tool for kindergarten and early primary teachers with many new ideas for the novice and the veteran teacher. Alphabet All Around is a program designed to introduce sound/symbol relations. This resource book provides an effective method for introducing these concepts through learning centers. The hands-on learning experiences will stimulate the children's enthusiasm and help them retain what they learn. It is suggested that you use the program during the second half of the kindergarten year or the first half of the first grade year. Half the book is explanation of the program and half is blackline masters. The lesson plans are detailed. There are many suggestions for centers.
