When eighteen year old Terry Andrews ages out of foster care with no place to go and no family to help him, he finds himself homeless and living on the street. Life for Terry becomes miserable and desperate until the day he tries to beg money from Laura Chapel to buy food. Laura takes Terry home with her and becomes a real mother to him. With the help and support of family and friends, Laura helps Terry have a new life that is filled with hope and promise.
