The Night Monster

Avi is frightened of the night and imagines it to be a monster. He thinks that every night the monster enters his room, ruffles his curtains, creates strange shadows that dance on his walls and makes hooting sounds. When he talks about his fear to his sister, she suggests that Avi write a letter to the Night Monster. Avi starts writing to the Night Monster and the more he learns of it, the less he is afraid.
