A scary hairy rat wants to join in the game. Because of his scary appearance everyone was afraid of him. The orange cat, and the fat duck, and the little bluebird were scared and excluded him from their game and discriminated against him. After a lot of convincing they agreed to let him join in. They found out he was friendly, funny and not scary at all. You can't judge a person by their appearance. A fat cat's stack on a mat; is a hilarious tongue twister for children 4-9 years. Full of laughs, great for reading skills, humour. Great illustrations and a tongue twister that will have everyone in fits of laughter. Lynne believes of the importance of getting small children to learn to read; it's the foundation for their future.
