Take a journey back into the 60's - 80's into little Itchy Mae's childhood that is not to different from 8-13 year old children today. This story line will cover a young girls childhood being raised by a village of adults. It will also talk about school integration, gangs, bullying, blended families and inappropriate touching which developed the saying "No more Fondling". Today's youth experience a lot of the same issues as youth did in the past. None the less the issues were swept up under the rug or kept as a family secret. In 2011 it is time to talk about these issues especially in the turn of events so many youth today are depressed, homeless and committing suicide due to these unfortunate issues. A few topics that may seem like old news to people can be found on any local news broadcast or newspaper that you can discuss as a current event. Take your time to explore how some things can't destroy a child, but build a protective force to help other children.
