Close your eyes for just a moment and imagine a small fishing village, where the tiny cottages tumble down the hill to the sea. Can you see the seagulls flying and swooping in between the roof tops? Their shrill cries to each other echoing around the tiny cottages. Lovely, isn't it? but not in Robin Hood's Bay. This story is a twisted tale of danger, ghost ships, pirates from the past, evil Goth Gulls and the Robin Hood's Bay gulls, who think they are humans and not seagulls.So, come walk with me down the cobbled pathways, passed the smugglers cottages and down to the Bay, where the sea is wild and stormy. Let's head for the beach, but be sure, if you see a gold coin lying in the sand, DON'T PICK IT UP, unless you want to slip into a time warp and run the risk of being captured and kept on a ghost ship for ever!
