Even the little brook flowing near by appeared to bubble with contentment that the work would soon be finished. It seemed to know that a dream of many years was about to be fulfilled, years full of hard work and tiresome traveling. Marian Ander son's studio was about to become a reality.

Usually she came to see the result of each day's work after the last workman had left. This evening she came with flashlight in hand to inspect the small building that was to be the home of her art.
