Ever wonder what your pup does when you leave? Meiklo is a curious and playful Rat Terrier dog, who enjoys a few hours alone in the house. This book has twenty colorful drawings of this active pooch as he plays with his squirrel toy, barks at, then hides from, the garbage truck, looks around for adventure, and naps in blankets. Simple vocabulary and language makes this a good read for new readers, and the puppy makes the story fun for even the smallest tykes. A good read for anyone who likes silly dogs. Look for the interactive pop-ups for all the text and on the pictures of the dog too.
