The Darkness

language ( April 9, 2016)
High school is murder, especially when you are hiding a deadly secret from your past.

Jennifer Marlow grudgingly agreed to move to the small town of Jefferson City knowing it would be difficult to start a new life during her senior year of high school. Sure, she wakes up every night in a cold sweat and spends every minute worried that she will screw up the cover story her family carefully crafted so that no one would guess the real reason behind the move. It was still infinitely better than the life she had six months earlier. She was looking forward to spending the next year of her life in the small, sleepy town where nothing every happened.

Or so she thought. Her family may have moved in order for Jennifer to have another chance at a normal life but she quickly discovers that the real nightmare is just beginning!

No one believes her when she insists that she is attacked in the woods or when her house is broken into. In fact, her family and friends begin to doubt the incidents even took place and question her sanity. Jennifer must finally come to terms with the secret that has turned her life upside down before it is too late!
