Charles Lutwidge Dodgson (1832-1898), better known by the pseudonym Lewis Carroll, was an English author, mathematician, logician, Anglican deacon and photographer. From a young age, Dodgson wrote poetry and short stories; most of this output was humorous, sometimes satirical, but his standards and ambitions were exacting. This selection contains his best works: Alice’s Adventures in Wonderland, Through the Looking-Glass, Rhyme? and Reason? (Phantasmagoria) & The Hunting of the Snark; illustrated by John Tenniel and others great artists.
