A Realmer is a wizard, spy and demon hunter rolled into one. They train at the magic school of Veneseron and travel between the many worlds on missions. The Realmer Chronicles tell of these missions.
The Melee Marathon has arrived once again, and many want to be this year’s victor. Who knows what monsters and mayhem the Marathon will bring?
Sasha needs to win to show not only her vicious bullies, but every other demon hunter, that she isn’t vulnerable because of her deformity and her family’s curse.
Trystan wants to win to prove he isn’t the runt of the litter, to show everyone he can live up to his famous family’s name
And Ren feels that she must win, to prove she isn’t a failure, after failing so much already on her missions as a demon hunter.
Sasha, Trystan and Ren are just three of sixty Realmers running the perilous race. The competitors aren’t meant to die during the marathon, but Sasha, Trystan and Ren all have enemies, willing to win at any cost.
