Rise Up Be You

This book is inspired by a true story. I wanted to share my story in order to open your mind to the perspective that mental health should not hold you back. We all have inner strength and courage within us to fight. Fighting the battle of life can be a hard fight to win. In the end I received a beautiful gift. Not only did I develop a huge passion for mental health and helping people, but I am able to channel and speak with spirit. I channel intuitive wisdom from a higher source to help you move passed limiting beliefs, patterns, and emotional blocks. I can reveal the source whether it was a trauma at a certain age or a past life. My mission is to help you heal and create a life of fulfillment at your highest potential.
