Beth Mullins is nearly 9 years old and she has an embarrassing problem. She doesn’t always know when she needs to go to the toilet and sometimes dirties her pants. Her doctor says she has encopresis, but she calls it Sneaky Poo.

This story has been specially written for girls aged from 8 to 12 years who have problems using the toilet and soil their underwear, and anyone who wants to learn about living with encopresis. The author had soiling problems as a child and often messed his pants until he was 11.
