Eye of the Storm

language ( Nov. 6, 2013)
What do you do if you're Harley McGillicuddy? You stand up for yourself and stick to your guns. She kept telling herself that even though every time she saw Brendan, the pain of their breakup was like a knife in her heart. Now she was stuck in a car with the rest of her circle, Jaden, Kayla and her now ex, Brendan looking for the heart of their group, Chase and Lyla.
A centuries-old curse had almost ended their lives and Harley was starting to think there was more to the curse than everyone believed. She felt watched, hunted even, almost as if someone was waiting patiently until the right moment to spring on the six of them.
Would she and Brendan survive the breakup or actually get back together? Would Jaden, Chase's best friend finally get Kayla to notice him even though she had been arranged to marry Chase? Would they find Chase and Lyla before they died from the curse or whoever was watching them?
Or would they all just be another casualty... in the Eye of the Storm?
