Seventeen year old Sam feels like she has her life all planned out until the day IT happens and everything changes. The world becomes a terrifying place when overnight eighty five percent of the population goes Roamer. Suddenly the rules of the old world no longer apply leaving Sam and her friend Isaac in a fight to survive.
As Sam and Isaac struggle through the new world they they begin to notice they are changing and that they capable of things they never thought possible. As their abilities develop a new threat emerges. A militia group of survivors form, calling themselves the NoVel Regime. The NoVel Regime promises safety to every normal person left. But because Sam and Isaac have been changed they know they must avoid the NoVel Regime at all costs. This knowledge leads them to seek out other, like minded, changed people to help them ensure their survival at any cost.
