Understanding the basic principles of how letters are formed can be a difficult and frustrating task for young learners. With this thought in mind, I set about writing a book to de-mystify the process. Landing to investigate, they are caught in a wind storm and seek shelter from the whirling shapes. When the wind dies down the sky becomes clear, but where did the lines and curves go? Can you help solve the mystery?Spot and Freckles realize that letters are not so complicated after all but are simply an orderly series of lines and curves and cannot wait to travel back to earth and tell all their friends the secret to understanding writing. They hop back in to their rocket, elated that they have solved the Mystery of the Land of Letters.
