Briony, her beloved dog Bouncer and her three cousins eventually decide to spend their summer holiday, on a riding and camping holiday in The New Forest, with Marion, a posh girl they first met at Sail Training School. ( Briony Baker- All at Sea)
However, all is not well ... as Ruth, the youngest suspects, things have slightly changed, now they are all growing up and becoming attracted to the opposite sex. They have a row, which splits them up and someone goes missing!
Also they have to face some nasty encounters with a group of violent itinerant gypsies.
Help eventually comes from an unexpected source ...
However, their latest holiday experience leaves them all with something more to think about ...!
