Just imagine the fun you could have with a time machine! Where and, more importantly, when would you go? Lucky Cassie is about to find out.
Cassie has had a difficult year so is horrified when her father sends her to stay with a batty aunt in the country for the summer holidays! Could life get any worse? However, much to Cassie's surprise, the stay turns out to be unexpectedly exciting. Auntie Meg lives in a wonderful, ramshackle house deep in the countryside along with her delinquent Jack Russell, Casper, her horse, Bramble, and an old wooden rocking horse which Cassie soon discovers is a magic time machine. Whilst the rest of us can only dream, Cassie spends an amazing holiday travelling to wherever her imagination will take her.
