Ben Perry gets a new puppy. While two of his other beagles welcome the new puppy into the home, Ben's third dog, Panda, becomes jealous and would like to send the new puppy back. Ben soon finds out that he, too, will have to share his family with another sibling. Both Ben and Panda face one of life's most challenging yet rewarding times.
