A Door in the Woods

On the first day of summer vacation, Marion and her friend go through an invisible door in her woods.On the second day of summer vacation, after her house is ransacked and her mom is trapped, Marion has to go through alone.The door opens to a dark forest twice as tall and deep as the woods behind her house. Waiting for her are an Axe Dwarf named Roy, a statue made from enchanted stone, and their trusty tea kettle. There was a mule too but something must have gotten it in the night.To save her mom, to save her town, and to save you, Marion has to stop an evil ruler named The Brue, who is not dead but certainly not alive. His plan is to end all Life and control whatever is left, and so far, his plan is working.Marion has to fight monsters like she’s never seen, survive sneak attacks, trek across the massive forest, and storm a living castle at the head of an army. Only she has the one thing The Brue needs to finish his plan. Or the one thing that can stop him.And it’s all my fault.
