Filled with her wildest fantasies, and worst nightmares, Wonderland is home to three kingdoms — one a place of purity and good, and two home to malevolence and tyranny. With the Queens of these dark kingdoms: the Red and the Hearts, hunting her down, Pleasance is driven on a quest for her very survival. Joined by a dormouse, courageous White Knight Lady Thistle, and two comical Tweedles, Pleasance journeys towards the safety of the White Kingdom. There the Queen holds the answers as to why Pleasance is here, and if she can ever return home. Along the way, Pleasance and her company must brave many dangerous trials of the Wilds — the peculiar region between kingdoms where the magic of the three Queens blends to form a chaotic wilderness. As she spends more time in this curious realm, Pleasance learns she possesses more inner strength and power than she thought, and that Wonderland holds a blood deep connection to her.
