The Dark Wizard

Johnny West is twelve years old and is visiting his father at an archeological dig at Casamero Pueblo. He meets Sandy Holsteen, the daughter of the Navajo representative overseeing the dig. Johnny and Sandy find a medallion that activates a time portal and are transported back 1,000 years to the Anasazi living in Chaco Canyon.Johnny and Sandy is taught by a Wizard named Wahanna how to Walk-Between-Time without using the medallion. A Dark Wizard kidnaps Sandy and trades her for the medallion. The Dark Wizard wants to change the future and Johnny has to stop his evil plans and recover the medallion before it is too late.
