Frankie and Earnie Meet

Frankie and Earnie Meet is a story about a young boy who spends his summer vacation with his grandparents. He finds and befriends a frog, which he names Earnie. The two develop a close relationship and an unusual bond. The story details the closeness of the two, and shares with the young reader the gift of friendship. Frankie's mother meets Earnie and is persuaded to allow him to return to the city with them to start a new life with the family.
