This Little Light Of Mine

Please join me in a peek into a portion of my life and some of the rather unusual experiences I’ve had, some really terrifying, some rather funny, some very spiritual, and some that may make you cry. Along the way I also share some of my thoughts with you, thoughts that I suppose may be considered a bit more personal or intimate, just to give a broader perspective. I hope that blending these in will give a better view of a bigger picture of someone that is transgender but like everyone else is so much more than a narrow category can describe. I happen to be a male-to-female transgender, but the book is not about transgenderism although it is mentioned from time to time. I do want you to know who I am after all. I sincerely hope you enjoy this collection of some of the rather far out events that I've played my part in, I’m just someone loving the life they've been blessed with along with all its ups and downs, some rather extreme. Here's a few excerpts from the book itself to give you a better idea of it. Scary! The commotion was about me! I saw fearful looks on the other people’s faces as I looked in horror at what was waiting for me just a few feet away Another one of those crazy nights, Since we had been out, I was of course dressed pretty hot – short tight skirt, stilettos and all, He had kicked in the back door and was waiting... Funny, “So Greg, I got a phone call today from a woman saying she’s your wife! We need to talk!” Encounter with a monster, All I can think is that he must have put something in my drink... I just don’t remember anything really from leaving the bar and then… What I do remember very well was suddenly waking up lying on my back with a pillow pressed hard against my face, suffocating me! Spiritual I see myself and all others as genuine miracles that deserve to be loved and nurtured. With all this in mind I want to share a couple of things that have shown me that angels are always close by. While I’ve had many such experiences - I know that you have some too. Have you noticed them? I once had a fresh cut long stemmed rose appear from nowhere – the rose has a particular spiritual significance to me. But let me tell you about these two things.
