Walter Smith is a country boy moving to Highland Park in Dallas Texas. He is a very unsocial boy and doesn't like making new friends. He has a love for playing guitar and his idol is Bob Marley. When he moves to HP a jock makes fun of hime and he runs way. He ends up getting a chance with the girl of his dreams.
