It's almost Christmas day, but Katy and Imogen's letters have still not found their way to the North Pole...
Upset that the little girls might not receive their presents from Santa - for the second year running - Bertie the dog decides to take matters into his own paws. Determined that his family should have the joyful Christmas they deserve, Bertie bravely sets off to the North Pole. As he gets ever nearer to Santa's home, and Christmas Eve draws to a close, there is one question on his mind - will he get there in time to explain about the missed lists, and save Christmas for Katy and Imogen?!
