Beverly, goes exploring in the chapel adjacent to her parents’ new inn stumbles upon a spiral staircase that leads up to the choir loft. Beverly gets possessed by the ghost of a student from the convent school attached to the chapel from more than one hundred years before. Then, when she goes down the staircase, she gets possessed by the ghost of another girl from the same convent school. The two ghosts hate each other and are plotting to do each other in. The only problem is that they now share the same body, the heroine. The heroine is effectively plotting to murder herself in this young adult horror novel.

Double Possession is based upon the author's visit to the Loretto Chapel in Santa Fe, New Mexico, which also has a haunted spiral staircase. This young adult supernatural thriller, originally published in German by Cora Verlag, or Harper Collins Germany, is now brought to you by Edward Ware Thrillers YA, an imprint of Cheops Books, LLC.
