Two girls, the Big Apple, a famous Broadway actress; what could go wrong? Meredith Martin, a famous actress, plans to hold the first annual “Talent Search” contest in New York City, New York. Charlotte Johnson, an aspiring Broadway actress, knows she may not have what it takes to star in a Broadway musical; it’s a long shot, but Charlotte is willing to do whatever it takes to win this once-in-a-lifetime opportunity. Blaire Montgomery, a flight attendant and aspiring actress, wants to fulfill her mother’s dying wish by winning this competition. If not, Blaire has nothing to fall back on. In order to win, the competitors will have to sacrifice everything and everyone close to them. When given the opportunity to join forces, Blaire and Charlotte jump at the chance. However, the two soon find Broadway is not always glitz and glam. Will one back out during the two most grueling months of their lives?
