The Lost Ocean: - pirates beyond the edge of the world

language ( Dec. 22, 2016)
A childrens book about adventure and discovery.

The year is 1710 and the world is in turmoil. Captain Flint sails with his pirate crew from the harbour of Nassau, following a map written by the famous Spanish explorer Francisco de Orellana in his search for the mythical El Dorado.

Travelling through a fog bank, Flint and his crew soon discover the world isn't the way they thought when they rescue a mermaid from the wreck of a ship who'd attempted to capture her. And there, beyond the edge of all other knowledge, they discover islands with giants and creatures they had never thought to experience.

And still they voyage until at last they travel through aurora borealis ... and beyond the edge of the world ...

A true adventure story where they even meet Alexander Selkirk - the real life "Robinson Crusoe".
