This illustrated book is designed for teachers, parents, and children of all ages to be able to witness and understand the sacrifices veterans make and the camaraderie they experience. It emphasizes, in a simple-to-read format, what veterans go through on a daily basis. The information is based on the author's 15 years of service in the United States Army, including a one-year tour in Iraq.
