A young Native American boy (Little Eagle) must pass his third test on his journey to become a scout. He must find and follow a path his grandfather has marked. Two others that are taking the same test get back to the village before Little Eagle because he remembered to follow his grandfather's advice and ask the Great Spirit for help. Grandfather shows the village people and Little Eagle how the "other two" cheated and failed there test, but how Little Eagle passes.
