Dear Journal,I haven't been able to get Devon off of my mind today. Maybe, it's because tonight is homecoming, or maybe because I miss him so much. Maybe and most likely, however, it is both. Whatever the reason is, I miss Devon lots. Even though we talk and text daily, I still miss him dearly.If I could have one wish for tonight, it would be for Devon and I to go to Homecoming together. Even though her alarm was set to go off at 7:15, seventeen year old Westlyn Weir had been awake at 6:45. Not only was their plenty to do this morning to get ready for Thanksgiving (Two weeks ago, Westlyn had offered to cook the meal for Thanksgiving, and her parents had taken her up on that offer), but Westlyn was also excited about alot of things, too. Besides the band's first album having been released two days ago, as well as the release party being tomorrow night, her band mates, their parents, and their uncle would be spending Thanks-giving with Westlyn and her family this year. Just like everyone was, Westlyn was very excited.

Dear Journal, Two months ago, I received Facebook friend requests and phone calls from the teenage members of the Greer Frazier movie series. Including Donovan and myself, there are four main teenagers in total. The other actor and actress in the movie were Mia Jackson and Seth Priestley. I have talked with them on Facebook and on the phone many times. Just like Donovan, they are really nice and awesome people. However, I have not met them in person. That, in fact, is going to change today. Donovan, Seth, Mia, Donovan and I are going to Six Flags Over Texas today. Besides looking forward to seeing Donovan (I have not seen him in three months, btw), I am also looking forward to meeting Seth and Mia in person! On my gymnastics team, each girl is assigned to a certain area. While Morgan is assigned to uneven bars, Clarissa is assigned to trampoline. While Stephanie is assigned to the vault, I am assigned to the floor. At our State meet today, each of us will be competing against other girls from other teams that are also assigned to our categories.Because I want to win first place in the floor division so badly, I am both nervous and excited about today's comptition.

Tonight is my birthday sleepover. My best friends, Katie, Nina, and Shelby are going to be in attendance. Since I have not seen them all summer, I am truly excited about seeing them tonight.Besides getting dressed up and going to a nice dinner, we are also going to watch movies, enjoy my birthday cookie cake, and lots of other fun things. Thanks to the video that Ross had shot of her singing, Robyn had a meeting tomorrow in L.A. with her Aunt Kelly and some of Kelly's other staff. Besides being her Mom's best friend from college, Kelly Portman was also the owner of Portman Records. Even though Portman Records was located in Los Angeles, it would be moving to Denver in mid-September.With this being said, Robyn was so excited about the upcoming meeting that she could hardly stand it! After all, it could mean big things for her.

Tonight is a big night for the ladies of the Peterson Academy Pumas varsity ladies volleyball team and myself. Besides it being the final game of our 9-0 season, it was also the championship game. If my team and I won tonight, then we would be the 2017 Texas Private School Volleyball Champions. Besides getting a huge trophy, and each of the team members getting gold medals and trophies for themselves, the team and I would also be receiving a $10,000 check for our school.As you can imagine, tonight's game is a big deal.
