The Science of Aliens

Are we alone? Conspiracy theorists claim that aliens are visiting earth and the reports are just being covered up. The space is vast with more stars than there are grains of sand on all beaches of our planet. Our Milky Way galaxy has a diameter of 100,000 light years. There could be a trillion planets in the Milky Way alone. But Milky Way is only one of about 100 billion other galaxies in the cosmos. In each of these galaxies, there may be hundreds of billions of stars. In fact, space is vast. Identifying an alien signal is hard, and we haven`t been looking that long.
