About the Author: Suse Moore spent her early years battling the elements in Derbyshire before heading to sunny California to join the powerful force of Lucasfilm. When windy weather and rainy days beckoned she donned her wellies and returned to the British countryside where fuelled by a growing interest in renewable energies she created the Power Families. About the Illustrator: Andy Elkerton was born in the sunny and fragrant town of Birkenhead, Merseyside. After art college he worked for 15 years designing graphics and animations for computer games before moving move back to his illustrative roots and becoming a children's book illustrator. He now lives in the Scottish Borders with his partner and their two wonderful ankle biters.
