This book is a manual intended for training three simple and precise combat techniques, called Martial Arts in ancient Japan. Judo is the path of flexibility; Jiu-Jitsu the art of flexibility and karate (kara: void; te: hand) is the technique par excellence of clean-hand combat.
All three sports, like Kung Fu, the Chinese equivalent of these defense and attack arts, were kept secret for centuries. But since the dawn of the present century these practices have spread considerably throughout the world, so that today there are countless cultists of these ancient arts, already adopted as sports. Sports that, as we have said, provide strength, promote mental agility and sharpen reflexes. In other words, strengthening the organism and the spirit.
